Welcome to Flawless Floors
Hi! I am Dean Aldcroft and I have owned and operated Flawless Floors since 2009, serving Brandon and the surrounding area. I have been in the hardwood flooring industry for almost 20 years and I specialize in hardwood installations and dustless hardwood refinishing. Over the years, I have been committed to learning and keeping up with this fast-paced industry, investing in top-of-the-line equipment and products. In 2019 I became Manitoba’s only Bona Certified Craftsman, which has allowed me to set myself apart and further grow my business.
I can offer my clients an endless variety of color options and a complete system of trusted sanding and finishing products that consistently deliver exceptional results. In 2021, I also became a member of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and I look forward to taking part in their various programs and services to unify and strengthen the wood flooring community.

Home Life
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife Jill and our mini goldendoodle Stella. I also enjoy camping, bowling, playing slow pitch, listening to podcasts, and puttering around in my shop where there are always home projects on the go.

Devoted to Bona products systems; they have opportunities to undergo Bona training, both in-person and virtually, to keep up-to-date on the industry’s “best practices” and are tested by Bona to ensure the most beautiful and durable results possible for your hardwood floors.
