Dustless Hardwood Refinishing

We use specialized sanding equipment including HEPA-filtered vacuums, sanders and edgers, which work together to remove old finishes and stains while minimizing the amount of dust and debris released into the air. Not only is this environmentally friendly, there is less chance of debris being embedded in the finish, which contributes to a more detailed and smoother floor. Homeowners can expect to spend less time and effort cleaning their homes after the refinishing process is complete, making it a more convenient and hassle-free option compared to traditional refinishing methods.

For Family,

For Life.

Custom Hardwood Staining

Custom hardwood staining can provide homeowners with a unique and personalized look for their hardwood floors, allowing them to create a customized design that reflects their personal style and preference. Use one of Bona’s Stain Collection colors or mix a variety of colors together to create your own unique blend! If you cannot settle on a color, we can do a variety of stain samples on your floor prior to staining.

Professional Installation Services

We offer a variety of installation services, including solid and engineered hardwood, solid cork flooring, as well as custom tiling of floors, walk-in showers, and tub surrounds. We also do matching staircases!

Solid Hardwood

Hardwood floors are one of the best flooring options for homeowners looking to increase the value of their home. They bring an elegant, high-end feel to any space. The natural elements and earth tones also add a feeling of warmth, bringing a cozy and inviting element to your room. Their timeless quality and superior durability mean they will look great for many years. With proper care and maintenance, your wood floors can last for generations. Although the initial cost of solid hardwood might be more money than some other flooring options, the cost of refinishing your floors rather than replacing them will save you money in the long run… plus the flooring does not end up in the landfill!

Engineered Hardwood

Engineered hardwood offers a similar appearance to traditional hardwood floors but provides a few unique benefits. Engineered wood flooring is made from multiple layers of wood with a thin layer of hardwood veneer on top (also known as the wear layer). The layers of wood are glued together in a cross-ply construction, which makes engineered hardwood flooring more stable and less susceptible to expansion and contraction than solid wood flooring. Engineered flooring is a great choice if you are planning to install plank hardwood flooring in a place that is considered below grade, such as the basement or anywhere that does not have ideal moisture conditions. Because the core boards are made of plywood, they can be made in much wider planks than solid hardwood.

Solid Cork

Cork flooring consists of a natural and renewable material that is harvested from the bark of cork oak trees. One of the best things about cork is how soft and yielding it feels beneath your feet. Because of this, cork is popular in rooms where you will be standing for long periods of time such as kitchens. Offering easy maintenance, sound absorption, warmth and comfort, cork is a smart, eco-friendly flooring choice for many of today’s homeowners. Cork is naturally resistant to mold, mildew, and is antimicrobial making it a great alternative to those who suffer from allergies.

Tile

Tile is one of the top choices for the kitchen and bathroom walls and floors. It is resistant to moisture, stands up to stains and will not absorb bacteria or odors. Tile comes in a wide range of colors and designs for a sleek and luxurious look. Tile sizes range from tiny mosaic to large format and come in just about any shape imaginable. Mix and match colors and sizes for visual interest, or repeat the same styles on the floors, shower/tub surround and backsplash for a more cohesive look. If you are looking for that added comfort, heated floors are an increasingly popular trend. They can be installed in bathrooms and showers for added comfort making it popular with bathroom renovations.

Staircase

Many homeowners are worried that their staircase will not match the rest of their flooring. No problem! We can cover them in the same product as the rest of your home or discuss different options.
